TERMS

Payment terms are prepaid only.  Checks, credit/debit cards, or PayPal accepted.

If paying with credit/debit cards or a PayPal account, an electronic invoice will be emailed to the client upon my receiving the order.  This invoice can be paid on line through my PayPal account.  Work on the order will not begin until full payment is received.  Checks are accepted and must accompany the order.

When applicable, a $7.50 return shipping charge (USPS Priority Mail), and Ohio Sales Tax of 7% will be charged to each order.  If your business is tax exempt, a W-9 form must accompany your first order.

BLACK AND WHITE FILM PROCESSING

Black and white film is hand processed  using stainless steel tanks, reels and racks.   Push/pull processing is available. Add $2.50 (per roll/sheet) to the normal processing charge for this service.  Standard turnaround for BW film processing is 5 working days from the time I receive your film and payment is received. I don’t ship on Saturdays or Sunday.
Rush service is not available.

35mm 24 or 36 exposure...............$6.50 per roll

4x5 sheet film...............................$6.75 per sheet

CONTACT SHEET (Available at time of film processing only)

$8.00 each.   1 roll of 35mm or 120mm film per contact sheet; 4 sheets of 4x5 film per contact sheet.

DIGITAL PHOTO CD (Available at time of film processing only)

CD containing either low, medium, or high resolution scans of each frame from the processed roll/sheet of processed film.  For 35mm, 120mm and 4x5 sheet film resolutions are as follows:  Low res scans have a long dimension of 6 inches and are scanned at 72 dpi  [168 KB (172,032 bytes)]; medium res scans have a long dimension of 7 inches and are scanned at 150 dpi  [728 KB (745,472 bytes)];  high res scans have a long dimension of 10 inches and are scanned at 300 dpi [3.53 MB (3,710,976 bytes)] .  If a customer has a specific size requirement in mind, I will do my best to accomodate.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Submitting to Photo Restorations of Cincinnati, DBA Daniel Davenport, any film for any purpose, such as processing, printing, duplication, alteration, enlargement, storage, transmission, or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though by our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media. Except for such replacement, our acceptance of the media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative is without other liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No expressed or implied warranty is provided.
